Lowell is a consultant and coach who helps small business owners and individuals gain control of their business and lives so they can achieve greater results, while minimizing stress and enjoying life at the highest level.
Lowell founded L A Richard Group after working more than 16 years with UPS and Irving Oil in various senior leadership roles and attaining his Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. After 13 successful years with UPS he brought his vast knowledge and experience to Irving Oil. At Irving he quickly turned around an underperforming operation in just a few months leading that team to become best in class by changing culture, empowering employees, increasing the communication, raising expectation and creating a safe work environment. Lowell's leadership led his operation from always needing support and averaging 6 injuries per year to an injury free operation that supported all surrounding operations, an unprecedented accomplishment. This led to a promotion to District Manager where he improved the company’s safety culture going 10 months injury free for both of his Districts, another first at Irving. One of the improvements that he is most proud of is reducing voluntarily employee turnover from almost 40% to 0 for his last 6 months at Irving while improving net profit by 35%. Always having a burning desire to help turn operations around he decided to start his own firm to help companies improve their results while creating the best work environments possible.
Lowell earned his Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. He is an avid golfer and loves spending time with his son Drevin.
